PURPOSE:To enable evenly dispersed feeding of fuel into a furfance, even a relatively large furnace with a simple equipment by feeding the fuel evenly into the furnace through a fuel feed tube from a screw feeder. CONSTITUTION:Fuel of a hopper 19 is fed to an inlet 14 via a rotary valve 20. Fuel forced forward to an opening 17 in a casing 11 with a spiral blade 7 is blocked strongly against further advance by an reverse thrust generated with the rotation of a spiral bade 8 and hence extruded outside the casing 11 from the opening 17. Then, the fuel is fed or drained evenly near the lower portion of a fluidized bed 4 from the other end 22 via fuel feed tube 21. This enables fuel to be fed evenly dispersing into the furnace, even a relatively large furnace with a very simple equipment while allowing the installation of a screw feeder at a position not to be exposed to high temperature therein. |
