PURPOSE:To reinforce a projection which divides a clearance lamp containing part from a bumper side containing part by forming a rib which extends from said projection to the wall face opposite to the end face of the bumper side, thereby preventing the deformation of the projection. CONSTITUTION:A fender panel 1 has containing parts 1A and 1B for a clearance lamp 5 and a bumper side, and has a dividing projection 7 therebetween. A rib 9 in the form of a flat panel for reinforcing the projection 7 is formed at the corner part X of the wall face opposite to the lower side bent part 7a of the projection 7 and a bumper side end face 3a of the bumper side containing part 1B. The rib 9 is approxiamtely parallel to the external surface 1b of the fender panel 1 with a level difference H. A flange part 11 and an insertion hole 11a are formed by cutting and raising the rib 9 at the contiguous part G of the rib 9 and the wall face 1a of the panel 1. A fixing piece 3b for the bumper side 3 is inserted through the insertion hole 11a before fastened to the flange part 11 with a bolt 23. |
