<p>The ceiling is made up of blocks incorporating two downwardly directed slots which are positioned between pairs of conventional beams. The slots receive laths which are held in place by plaster. Insulation material is installed between the laths and is held in place by finishing panels which screw into the laths. The slots are circular in cross-section and have flat bases, to allow adjusting on the laths.</p> |
