Concrete strip for sealing masonry roof - contains longitudinal cavity in rear face which receives mounting rods to hold in place

The prefabricated reinforced concrete strip prevents the ingress of water into masonry roofs when used in conjunction with a water-tight covering. It contains a longitudinal cavity (2) in its rear face which receives threaded rods (1) attached to the roof to hold the strip in position. The strips are supported by stays (6) during installation. There can be a sheet on the front face to prevent the stays exerting a horizontal force on the strip during drying.
