PURPOSE:To provide a titled device which permits efficient mixing of fluids of different viscosities with each other by combining a suitable number of plural stationary type fluid mixer elements and perforated plates and disposing the same successively in a pipe where fluid flows. CONSTITUTION:Mixing units wherein a series of stationary type fluid mixer elements (elements) 3 of which the number m of the elements is 4<=m<=10 and perforated plates 1 of about <=0.55, more preferably 0.1-0.35 the ratio between the sum of the sectional area of the entire hole and the sectional area of the plates are arranged successively along the flow direction of fluid are disposed in such a way that the number m' of the mixing units attains <=3, and a series of the elements 3 of which the number m' of said elements 3 is 5<=m'<=30 are disposed by facing a fluid outlet 6 for the purpose of finish mixing. The above-mentioned plates 1 are preferably of <=0.005, and more preferably about <=0.001 in the ratio between the sectional area of one hole and the sectional area of the entire hole, and the preferably total number of said elements 3 to be disposed is <=40 in terms of pressure drop. |
