PURPOSE:To make a fan unnecessary by utilizing a self-air current generated by rotation of a rotary brush and catching a toner by a filter, and also to repeatedly use the filter by exciting the filter intermittently. CONSTITUTION:After transfer has ended, a toner remaining on a photosensitive body 1 is removed by a rotary brush 6. On the inside of an opening part 7, a cylindrical discharge groove 8 is provided closely so as to be freely rotatable, a rotating brush 6 collides with a flicker 10, and the toner is dropped into the discharge groove 8. The toner 18 comes out of the discharge groove in accordance with a self-air current generated by rotation of the brush 6, and is caught by an upper filter 17. When turning of the discharge groove 8 is displaced, the opening part 7 is intercepted from the brush side, and the filter 17 is excited, the adhering toner 18 drops downward, therefore, the filter function is restored. By displacing the turning of the discharge groove 8, a collision position of the flicker 10 and the self-air current are adjusted. In this way, a fan becomes unnecesary, and the filter can be used repeatedly. |
