PURPOSE:To improve synthetic efficiency in such a way that a steam turbine is turned with heat in the exhaust which is exhausted during operation of the internal combustion engine. CONSTITUTION:In utilization of waste heat to be lost in the exhaust air which is exhausted during drive of an internal combustion engine 1, medium in a heat finder 9 is evaporated, and the generated high temperature and pressure is utilized to turn a steam turbine 13 which is provided in the body 1 of the internal combustion engine. Thus, energy is utilized with high efficiency. |
