PURPOSE:To fix a moving part to an optional angle, by providing a freely rollable eccentric ring whose inside diameter is larger than a disk fixed to one of a fixed part or a moving part, and fixing a space between the eccentric ring and the disk, and a space between the eccentric ring and the outside contact member, so that the displacement is impossible. CONSTITUTION:A fixed bracket 2 and a moving bracket 3 are constituted so as to be freely turnable by a screw 8. To the bracket 2, a cylindrical disk 4 of a radius (r) is stuck. To the disk 4, a rollable eccentric ring 6 whose inside diameter R is larger than (r) is fitted. To the disk side of the bracket 3, an outside contact member 11 is stuck. The curved surface of the lower side of the outside contact member is made to conform with the outside circumference of the eccentric ring 6. The eccentric ring 6 contacts linearly with the disk 4 in its inside, and contacts with the outside contact member by the face in its outside. When the bracket 3 is set to an optional angle by operating a handle 30 and a hand is let loose, the outside contact member 11, the eccentric ring 6, the disk 4 and an eccentric ring fixing member 20 are made to press-contact, by force of a spring 31, and the bracket 2 and 3 are locked. In this way, a stepless system reclining seat is constituted. |
