PURPOSE:To prepare a fish paste product in the form of a crab's leg or adductor, by coagulating a sheetlike material of a ground fish meat under heating, cutting the sheetlike material into fibers, collecting the fibers, wrapping the collected fibers in a film, and heating the wrapped fibers under such a force as to closely stick the fibers to one another. CONSTITUTION:A ground fish meat is extruded through an extrusion nozzle 2 onto a belt in the form of a sheet. The resultant sheetlike material is coagulated under heating with a gas burner, cut by a comb-shaped roller into parallel fibers, spread with a binder from a binder spreading nozzle 16, led to a drum guide roller 20 by an endless belt 19 and collected into a rod-like material. The resultant rod-like material is then wrapped in a film by a packaging machine 21, heat-sealed by a heat-sealing means 49, cut to a constant length by a cutter 34 and heated while under such a force as to closely stick the fibers to one another by a retainer, etc. |
