This microwave frequency divider has a low quality factor in order to achieve a wide lock-in range. The tuning and matching elements of the injection-synchronised oscillator producing the frequency division are selected accordingly. So that the oscillator which, because of its low quality factor, only has a low tendency to oscillation is not subject to breaks in oscillation caused by reactance fluctuations of preceding modules, a blocking circuit formed by lines is connected to its input.
