PURPOSE:To prepare polyamine.oxidase, by culturing microorganisms belonging to Streptomyces genus and capable of producing polyamine.oxidase out of the microbial cell. CONSTITUTION:Microorganism belonging to Streptomyces genus and capable of producing polyamine.oxidase mainly out of the microbial cell, e.g. Streptomyces transiensis 97SY-4 (FERM-P No.6172), is cultured at about 27 deg.C under nearly neutral condition preferably under aeration and agitation, and the objective polyamine.oxidase is separated from the filtrate of the culture liquid. |
