The invention concerns pyschoactive and antihistaminic compounds of the formula I <IMAGE> (wherein each of the symbols R1 and R2 is hydrogen, alkyl, alkanoyl, halogen, cyano, carboxy, alkoxycarbonyl, carbamoyl, sulfamoyl, mono- or di-alkyl- (carbamoyl or sulfamoyl); CnH2n is alkylene separating both nitrogen atoms by 2 or 3 carbon atoms; R3 is hydrogen, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, alkanoyl, arylalkyl, alkoxycarbonyl, phenyl alkoxycarbonyl or (hydroxy, alkanoyloxy, aryloxy or alkoxy) alkyl having at least two carbon atoms; R4 and R5 independently represent hydrogen, alkyl, alkoxy, alkylthio, halogen, trifluoromethyl, hydroxy, alkanoyloxy, sulfamoyl, mono- or di-alkylsulfamoyl; and R6 and R7 represent hydrogen or alkyl) their N-oxides, alkyl quarternary derivatives, and salts. |
