Oriented crystalline thermoplastic boards were manufd. by molding as a thick and seamless conduit. The density of the raw material polymer was almost same with that of nonoriented polymer, and when the polymer melt molded, no pinhole and fine fibers were not impregnated in product. The produced boards had > 0.079 cm homogeneous thickness, > 5 times tensile and impact strength at 24≰C and > 50% last tensile strength than that of conventionally oriented thermoplastic polymer boards.
