摘要 PURPOSE:To operate a titled circuit with a single power supply, by inserting a diode or a resistor between a common connecting point of sources of normally- on type Schottky gate FETs as a plurality of NOR or NAND gates and ground potential, and connecting the gates via a level shift circuit. CONSTITUTION:A constant current is supplied to Schottky diodes D21-D24 with normally-on type Schottky gate FETs Q41-Q44 and a shift voltage (0.8V) is obtained. A Schottky diode D31 is used as a constant voltage source making the source potential at common connecting point of the FETs more positive than the ground potential. Since the current flowing to the diode D31 is the subtraction of the total sum of the current sources Q41-Q44 from the total sum of the current of current source loads Q31-Q34, it is always constant and the circuit acts as a constant voltage source. As a result, the logical amplitude is 1.6V.
