PURPOSE:A pigment dispersed paste having improved pigment dispersing effect and anti-foaming effect, comprising a high-molecular weight pigment dispersant obtained by reacting a polyether type epoxide with acrylic resin and pigment in a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:A pigment dispersed paste which has good affinity for pigment irrespective of kinds of pigment because of ampholytic resin of pigment dispersion, provides good dispersibility, reduces surface tension in forming a coating film from a coating compound and has anti-foaming effect, comprising (A) 0.1-5wt% (solid content) pigment dispersant, a resin composition having 10,000-30,000mol.wt. obtained by reacting (i) 75-99.5wt% polyether type epoxide with (ii) 0.5-25wt% acrylic resin and (B) 95-99.9wt% pigment.
