摘要 PURPOSE:To improve cooling efficiency and to cool an object uniformly and improve the quality of products by setting a reference control flow rate less than the maximum injection amount of water of a nozzle and distributing cooling water uniformly to a necessary number of nozzles according the necessary amount of cooling water. CONSTITUTION:When a total necessary cooling water rate is less than the reference control flow rate K of one nozzle, cooling water is fed to the one nozzle. When a total cooling water flow rate is greater than said flow rate K, the cooling water is distributed uniformly to this nozzle and a necessary number of other nozzles. When the total necessary cooling water flow rate exceeds mK, the cooling water is distributed uniformly to (m+1) units of nozzles. When the total necessary amount of cooling water exceeds the sum nK of reference control flow rates of all of (n) nozzles, the cooling water is distributed to respective nozzles uniformly. According to this use order of the nozzles, use starts at a proper position. Consequently, cooling efficiency is improved and objects to be cooled are cooled uniformly.
