PURPOSE:To obtain the satellite communication system of the SCPC-DAMA system using a quasi-millimeter wave band with high reliability and to simplify the constitution of each earth station by providing a function required for the countermeasures for rainfall attenuation to a central control station concentratedly without transmission power control at each earth station. CONSTITUTION:The central control station 2 receives and supervises a signal sent from the earth stations 3, 4 and when the reception signal from the 1st earth station 3 is lowered than the predetermined reception limit, the frequency is changed, a communication line is constituted between the 1st earth station 3 and the 2nd earth station 4 respectively, the signal is subject to relay connection, the transmission power corresonding to the 1st earth station 3 is increased by the predetermined transmission reference value and sent corresonding to the reduction of the reception signal from the 1st earth station 3 from the reception reference value. Thus, the earth stations 3, 4 do not apply transmission power control and the rainfall attenuation margin high substantially by a few line margin is ensured. |
