PURPOSE:To reduce the number of acoustic detectors to be installed, by checking a cooling material for leakage by installing the acoustic detector at a collecting part of inlet tubes. CONSTITUTION:The vapor generated in a calandria tank 1 and a pressure pipe 2 is passed through an outlet tube 12 and is collected in a vapor drum 11 and is separated to vapor and water and the vapor is supplied to a main vapor tube 13. While, a cooling material is passed through a descending tube 10 and a recycling pump 9 and is distributed to each inlet tube 3 at the collecting tube 4 of inlet tubes and is supplied to a pressure pipe 2. An acoustic detector 6 is fitted at the top end of a waveguide rod 5 fixed at the collecting tube 4 and its output signal is introduced to a signal treating circuit 8 through a cable 7 and the leakage of the cooling material is decided. When leakage of the cooling material is generated, the sound of leakage propagates the pressure pipe 2 and the inlet tube 3, and propagates the collecting tube 4 and the waveguide rod 5 to reach the acoustic detector 6. |
