PURPOSE:To avoid the bias level from changing at the rise and fall of switching operation, by providing the bias level of an analog current switch consisting of an ECL at ON and OFF separately. CONSTITUTION:When a control terminal S is at a high level, a control terminal -S goes to a low level, transistors Q1, Q4 turn off, and a collector voltage of a transistor Q3 of the 2nd ECL is outputted to an output terminal. In this case, in setting resistors as RA=R1 and RB=R2, a potential equal to the DC vias of the 1st ECL is outputted and a DC bias level is oututted to an output terminal even if the switch is at an off-state. |
