<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an oscillation circuit in which the oscillating frequency is easily set, by providing a charge resistor and a discharge resistor, switching the state from charge to discharge and changing a reference voltage with an output of the 1st differential amplifier operated when a terminal voltage of a capacitor is higher than the reference voltage. CONSTITUTION:When an output (g) is high, a reference voltage for the 1st differential amplifier 9 goes to high potential since a current is supplied from a resistor 13. Since a diode 12 is reversely biased, a capacitor 6 is charged. When charging is done further and the potential at a point (d) is higher than a reference potential, an output (e) of the 1st differential amplifier 9 goes high, the output (g) of the 2nd differential amplifer 10 goes low, the reference potential for the resistor 13 is decreased and the diode is biased forward, then the resistor 11 becomes a discharge resistor and discharge is started. When discharge is further progressed and the potential is decreased than the reference potential, the output (e) of the 1st differential amplifier 9 goes low, and the output (g) of the 2nd differential amplifier 10 goes high and these are repeated again.</p> |
