发明名称 METAL EXTRACTING DEVICE
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To provide a metal extracting device which is reduced of floor area and economizes the amt. of the solvent to be retained therein by bringing an aq. soln. contg. metallic components which flow down in a tower and a solvent for extraction of metals ascending therein into contact with each other in a multistages system, discharging the extracted liquid from the water phase wells provided in each stage properly to the outside of the tower and permitting controlling of pH. CONSTITUTION:Water phase wells 1 are formed on annular discs 8a inclined diagonally upward in each of plural stages among the horizontal annular discs 8- which are disposed in multiple stages in a rotary disc type extraction tower A2. The drops of an aq. soln. contg. metallic components which are scattered in an outside circumferential direction by the rotary discs 10 on a revolving shaft 9 and flow down in the tower A2 and a solvent for extraction of metals ascending in the tower A2 are brough into counter current contact with each other. The extracted liquid is collected in the wells 1. The extracted liquid is discharged through a liquid discharging device 2, and its pH value is detected 3. On the basis of the pH value detected 3 in the well 1 lower by one stage therefrom, a suitable amt. of an alkali is added 4 to the liquid to control its pH. The discharged liquid which is controlled of pH is returned 6 to the stage 5 right under the well 1. Here 11 in the figure denotes a mixing section where the aq. soln. added with the alkali is agitated and mixed, and 6 benotes a conduit, respectively.</p>
