A multilayer felt band, particularly for paper manufacture consisting of thermoplastic material where at least one layer comprises storage spaces having the shape of channels obtained by melting binding portions of fibers, the channel walls being inclined with respect to the surface of the felt band at angles between 0 DEG to 80 DEG .
