PURPOSE:To attain the monostable multivibrator which can be retriggered even during the operating period and the output pulse width of which is not disturbed even if circuit which reduces the change in the time constant until a voltage of the time constant circuit reaches a prescribed value. CONSTITUTION:In inputting a trigger input, an output of a flip-flop is inverted, a time constant circuit 2 is operated with a control signal received at a drive circuit 5, and a terminal voltage V1 is increased. When the terminal voltage V1 is a voltage Vc determined with resistors 42, 43 or below, a charge-up circuit 22 is operated, a diode 46 is conductive, and the terminal voltage V1 is instantly risen to the voltage Vc in a small time constant determined at a resistor 44 and the like. Then, the diode 46 is non-conducitve and the charge-up circuit 22 is set off, then the voltage V1 is risen according to the time constant of the time constant circuit 2. When the terminal voltage V1 reaches a reference voltage VTH, the output of a level detector 21 is inverted and the flip-flop is reset. |
