摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a yoke coil of highly enhanced power efficiency with less leakage of magnetic flux and high apparent permeability, by using a material of high saturated magnetic flux density at the butt joint part, with regard to a compound-type deflecting yoke core prepared by sticking a magnetic material power to the core together with plastics and glass. CONSTITUTION:Permalloy (mu=7,000, B10=8,000G) was crushed and ground to 80 meshes or less, then 6.0wt% of phenol resin was added to this ground permally and kneaded to make a mixture, which was disposed at the part 3mm. apart from the end of the butt surface 1, and at other part, Mn-Zn ferrite powder prepared by a conventional process was disposed in the metallic mold and thereafter stuck together under the pressure of 2ton/cm<2> at 200 deg.C. The apparent permeability (mu app) of this compound-type deflecting yoke was measured and resultantly the value of 4.5 was found. Also, the boundary of the ferrite powder and the permalloy powder was strongly jointed by means of a vise, so in strength there was nothing the matter with that.
