PURPOSE:To realize a counting machine which can surely take out a necessary number of objects to be counted, by making an arrangement that objects to be counted are adsorbed and stopped on the surface of a revolving cylindrical drum and a necessary number of objects to be counted are taken out while the drum is revolving by counting the number of objects taken out. CONSTITUTION:Objects to be counted are flowed into an electromagnetism supplying though 13 through a hopper 25 and advance in the though 13 toward the front end of the trough 13. On the other hand, a cylindrical drum 1 is revolved and a negative pressure is produced inside the drum 1 by the action of a vacuum suction pipe 7. The objects to be counted in the trough 13 are adsorbed and stopped on through holes 2a1, 2a2,... revolving from the lower surface to the upper surface of the trough 13. When the objects are stopped on the through holes, they are inputted into a counter and a controller through electrical detecting means 20 and 20', and, when they reach a fixed number, a blocking plate 17 is projected to the front face of the trough 13. At the same time, the through holes 2a1, 2a2,... are also blocked so that no other objects to be counted are adsorbed to each through hole. On the other hand, the objects to be counted which are adsorbed to the drum 1 and under a revolving condition are put into a pipe 21 under a classified condition by the action of a compressed air blasting pipe 8. |
