PURPOSE:To ensure a better electric contact breaking through the insulating film on the surface of a wire by having a probe stylus generating an ultrasonic vibration as soon as the tip thereof is brought into contact with the desired wire. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic insulation bushing 13 is mounted at one end of a cylinder 11 provided with an ultrasonic vibrator employing a piezo-electric body such as PZT and a terminal 15 is fixed integral at the tip thereof to support the probe stylus 14. A specified voltage is applied to an ultrasonic vibrator to generate an ultrasonic vibration thereby causing the probe stylus 14 to vibrate on an ultrasonic basis. The tip of the probe stylus 14 thus vibrating is brought into contact with a wire of an CSI conductor element and easily breaks through the insulating film on the wire to reach the wire section, electrically contacting it. |
