发明名称 METHOD OF CONVEYING POWDERY OR GRANULAR MATERIAL BY AIR WITHOUT BEING AFFECTED BY ARRIVAL PRESSURE
摘要 PURPOSE:To avoid the influence of the fluctuation in arrival pressure at a conveyance end, by providing a fixed resistance in a conveyance passage near an arrival pressure detection point to cause a pressure loss equal to 20 to 40% of the difference betwen the arrival pressure at the conveyance end and the sending pressure of a pressure container filled with a powdery or granular material. CONSTITUTION:While the pressure P1 of a fluidized bed is kept constant by supplying pressurized gas to a pressurization tank 10, conveying gas is fed through a conveying gas supply pipe 19 so that a powdery or granular material is delivered out of the tank 10 and conducted to a burner 18 through a nozzle 12 and a conveyance pipe 16. The material is thus supplied to a high-pressure supply reception end such as a blast furnace. The delivered quantity of the powdery or granular material is controlled in inverse proportion depending on the flow rate QT of the conveying gas from the supply pipe 19. The conveyance pipe 16 is provided with a fixed resistance 26 to cause a pressure loss equal to 20 to 40% of the difference between the pressure P1 of the fluidized bed and that P2 at a tuy ere. Since the primary pressure at the limit orifice 26 is constant, the delivered quantity of the powdery or granular material does not change even if the pressure at the tuy ere fluctuates.
