PURPOSE:To eliminate the drawback of a pallet system, by using a stacker crane and a carry-out conveyor to carry a load unit to a reloader to reload a cargo from a pallet onto a slip sheet. CONSTITUTION:A cargo 3 on the pallet 2 of a load unit put on a reloading rest 5 through a stacker crane and a conveyor 1 is transferred onto a slip sheet rest 8 by a pressure plate 6. A single slip sheet 10 is previously delivered onto the rest 8 from a slip sheet feeder 9 by a sucking slide arm 11. The slip sheet 10 on the rest 8 is held down by a gripper 13 when the cargo 3 is caused to slide and stop on the slip sheet. After that, the cargo 3 is loaded together with the slip sheet 10 on a truck or the like by a forklift or the like. According to this method, the drawback of a pallet system is eliminated and the advantage of a slip sheet system is utilized. |
