PURPOSE:To unnecessitate a separate power source, a temperature difference detector and the like, by a method wherein a solar cell is provided by a printing method wherein the lower surface of a heat collector comprised of a light- transmitting material and containing a heat-transmitting medium sealed therein is used as a substrate, and the solar cell is used as a power source for a circulating pump. CONSTITUTION:A CdS printing paste is coated by printing on the bottom surface 1a of a box form heat collector 1 formed of a transparent glass and filled with the heat-transmitting medium 2, the paste is fired in a nitrogen gas at a temperature of about 800 deg.C to produce a sintered CdS film 31 of an n type semiconductor, and a CdTe film 32 of a p type semiconductor is produced thereon in a similar manner. Then, a mixture electrode 33 consisting of Ag and In is provided on the CdS film 31 by printing, and an Ag electrode is provided on the CdTe film 32 by coating and drying to constitute the solar cell 3, which is used to drive the circulating pump 4. |
