PURPOSE:To easily form transferring patterns and stabilize the transferring characteristic, by setting the minimum pattern width, pattern gap, etc., of the output-input line having a cycle which is more than double of that of minor loops to prescribed values. CONSTITUTION:When the minimum pattern width WM and the pattern gap gm of transferring patterns of output-input lines 2 and 3 formed by patterns of minor loops 1-, having cycles of an information transferring double cycle 2lambda, etc., are determined by the following formulae, respectively: WM=0.5-1.0 d and gm=0.5-1.0 d, where, d is the diameter of the magnetic bubble, the formation of the transferring pattern becomes easier and, at the same time, the transferring characteristic becomes stable. |
