摘要 PURPOSE:To promote the performance and safety of control of conveyance between a conveyance means including a fixed conveyor and a movable conveyance means such as a ceiling crane, by comparing the position signals of both the conveyance means with each other to find out the possibility of collision of cargoes on both the means to effectuate the control. CONSTITUTION:When steel C in a conveyor zone Aj is hung up by a ceiling crane Bi, a detector Hj sends out a ''no steel'' signal to a control circuit G. The positions of the steel C along a axes X, Y, Z are applied to a collision possibility judgement circuit Ei by a position detector B'i for the crane Bi and compared with each dj of position signals d1-dn for conveyor zones A1-An stored in position setting units D1-Dn, so that the possibility of collision s discriminated. If there is such possibility, a signal Fj is sent out. The control circuit G performs overall judgement on the basis of the signals Hj, Fj to apply necessary signals to conveyors A1-Aj to surely prevent the collision of cargoes. Safety is thus enhanced.
