PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution and to improve the reliability, by constituting a transmission means of a response message with a speach synthesis circuit. CONSTITUTION:When a call signal comes from telephone lines 1, 2, it is detected at a call signal detection circuit 3 and outputted to a control circuit 9. Then, the circuit 9 detects a relay 4 and couples the lines 1, 2 and a coupling transformer 5. Simultaneously, or after the drive, an utterance start signal 10 is given to a speech synthesis circuit 7, synthesis information is called from a storage circuit 6 sequentially the voice is outputted through the synthesis operation. The synthesized speech signal 13 is transmitted to the lines 1, 2 through the coupling transformer 5. When the speech synthesis is finished, the circuit 7 outputs an end signal 11, releases the relay 4 and disconnects the lines 1, 2 from the coupling transformer 5. |
