PURPOSE:To improve the productivity of a high molecular piezoelectric converter by covering the outer and inner peripheral surfaces of a cylinder with a bottom which is composed of an oriented film and a base with conductive films. CONSTITUTION:A film 1 is urged to a base 2 while holding the temperature of the environment, thereby orienting the film 1 in the prescribed thickness. Then, the film 1 is secured to one end hole of the base 2, and is then engaged with a retainer 6. Subsequently, conductive films 3, 4 are covered on the outer and inner peripheral surfaces of the cylinder with a bottom. Thereafter, the films 3, 4 covered on the end of the hole of the base 2 are removed, and the film 3 covered on the outer peripheral surface and the film 4 covered on the inner peripheral surface are isolated and insulated. Then, conductors L1, L2 are respectively connected to the lead wirings 3, 4. |
