PURPOSE:To connect components without preheating, by sufficiently preheating a ferrite base forming a strip circuit on the upper surface and an earth conductor on the lower surface thermally pressing a ribbon lead on the upper surface and bonding and fixing a permanent magnet on the lower surface. CONSTITUTION:A strip circuit pattern 10 of an MIC circulator is formed at the surface of a ferrite base 9 and an earth conductor 11 is formed on the back side respectively. The base 9 is sufficiently preheated and a ribbon lead 12 is thermally pressed at an input and output terminal of the pattern 10. Further, the lead 12 is made of a nickel ribbon or an oxygen free copper ribbon and applied with a soft gold plating. A permanent manget 13 is bonded and fixed at the lower surface of the base 9, then cracking due to thermal shock can be prevented at thermal pressing. Since no preheating is required for the connection to an IC on the base 9, adverse effect on circuit components can be prevented. |
