PURPOSE:To accelerate mixing of powder and granules, enable agitating vanes to be taken out of the tank and permit easy cleaning of the inside of tank by providing holes to the spiral agitating vanes in the mixing tank and disposing the agitating vanes inclinedly. CONSTITUTION:A mixing tank 4 is provided with a shaft 8 secured with agitating vanes 7 of a twisted-ribbon shape, a shaft 3 having an end part 6 of a square bar shape fitting easily removably into the square hole 9 at one end of this shaft 8, a bearing part 13 housed with a rotor 16 supporting the other end shaft of the shaft 8, and a freely detachable cap 12 provided with this bearing part 13. The shaft 8 is set at an angle of about 15 deg. to horizontal plane and plural pieces of holes 10 are pierced in the vanes 7. To clean this mixing tank, a nut 24 is removed and the vanes 7 are taken out, then the tank is easily cleaned. |
