PURPOSE:To simplify the mechanism and cut cost by forming the turning index table for an indexing base integrally with a pallet, removing the clamping mechanism for the pallet and the table. CONSTITUTION:When a piston 12 is operated after a jack 20 is raised and a center shaft 14 is raised when a turning indexing pallet 33 is installed onto a table base 11, a clamp cylinder 23 and a sleeve 26 are raised by the springy force of compression springs 25 and 29. Then, the flange part 22 of the cylinder 23 is brought into contact with the lower edge of a supporting plate 19, and elevation stops. The steel balls 24 for clamping are positioned at the side of the receiving seat part 34 of a center metal 34, and the balls 24 is pushed-out to the receiving seat part 34 of a center metal fitting 35 through passing and elevation of the center shaft 14 through the large diameter part 16, and integrated formation of the turning indexing pallet 33 is completed. |
