PICTURE GENERATING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To save a picture memory capacity remarkably, by deforming a memory picture based on the amount of deformation calculated according to the model of shape and generating an observing picture from a different view point from that at pickup and memory of an objective. CONSTITUTION:An objective is picked up at a TV camera 1 and the picture is stored in a picture memory device 2. The picture is displayed 5 via a picture operating device 3 and an output control circuit 4. A three-dimension deformation operating device 8 calculates a projection picture due to three-dimensional position change of the shape model from a shape model memory device 9 according to indication of a three-dimension deformation operating device 10 operated by the operator and computes the deformation of each side of the shape model. The device 3 controlled with the deformation of each side from the device 8 deforms the memory picture from the device 2 and displays the output to the device 5 via the circuit 4.
