PURPOSE:To obtain a recording sheet capable of giving clear-cut prints without scanned line traces by a method in which one side of a plastic sheet is provided with a finely roughened matted surface as a light-scattering deposit layer and then a very thin surface protective and discharge-normalizing layer is formed on the light-scattering deposit layer. CONSTITUTION:One side of a plastic sheet 11 is provided with a finely roughened matted surface 4 by means of a physical means (e.g., scratching, etc., using sand blasting, etc.) or a chemical means (e.g., etching, etc.). Then, a metal (aluminium, etc.), an alloy, or a metal mixture, is deposited on the finely roughened matted surface 4 by an usual vacuum deposition method to form a deposit layer 13, and then a surface protective and discharge-normalizing layer 14 is formed on the deposit layer 13 by spraying of epoxy resin, silicone resin, etc., or sputtering, etc. Also, a paper 12 is bonded on the other side of the sheet 11 and thereby the recorded part becomes legible and the sheet 11 becomes easily tearable by hand. |
