PURPOSE:To enable miniaturizing of a winch, by a method wherein one end of each of drawing ropes passing through both sides of a surface layer processing device is connected to a winch, and the other end of the drawing rope is linked to the other winch through an anchor temporarily anchored in a soft ground. CONSTITUTION:Temporary anchors A anchored in a soft ground 2, a plurality of winches 12 and 14 are placed on a solid ground 11, and a surface layer processing device 1 is positioned between the temporary anchors A and winches 12 and 14. A winding drawing rope 13 of the winch 12 engages a float 3 of the processing device 1, and after a winding drawing rope 15 of the winch 14 engages a shackle 16 of the anchor A, it is inversed and secured to the processing device 1. With the winches 12 and 14 operated, the processing device 1 is capable of moving to an arbitrary position. This permits facilitating of an improving work of a ground. |
