PURPOSE:To prevent the increase of the size and weight of the capacity control system of the rotary type compressor by a method wherein an opening and closing valve, supplying a high pressure fluid or stopping it by itself, is provided in a compressed fluid returning path communicating a cylinder chamber with an air suction path. CONSTITUTION:When the exciting of the coil 24b of the solenoid opening and closing valve 24 is put OFF, an opening and closing valve body 24c is pushed by a pushing spring 24e and the high pressure fluid supplying path 23 is closed. The supply of lubricating oil into a hole 23a is shut off and the pressure in the hole 23a is reduced in accompanied with the leakage of the lubricating oil from a leak path 25. Thereafter, another opening and closing valve body 22 is pushed by the internal pressure of the cylinder chamber R to open the compressed fluid returning path 21. A gas refrigerant medium in the cylinder chamger R is returned to the side of the air suction path 15 and the capacity of the compressor is changed, therefore, the increase of the size and the weight of the capacity control unit for the rotary type compressor may be prevented. |
