<p>PURPOSE:To rationalize the operation, by generating a warning for a certain time from the time point when the terminal of a tape is detected and turning off the power source automatically if the switching operation of the tape running direction is not performed during generation of the warning and stopping the warning if this switching operation is performed. CONSTITUTION:A reel base is rotated during tape reproducing, and this rotation is detected by a reel base rotation detector 22, and a signal is inputted continuously to a terminal i2 of a mu-COM20. When the reel base is stopped at the terminal of the tape, the rotation detection signal disappears. The mu-COM20 starts counting the elapse of time and drives a warning circuit 23 by the signal from a terminal o1 to generate a warning. After the elapse of a certain time, a power source is turned off in a power-on/off controller 24 by the signal from an output terminal o2. If the switching operation of the tape running direction is performed within a certain time, a switch SW21 is closed momentarily, and a signal is inputted to a terminal i2 to stop the warning circuit 23, and the reproducing state in the inverse direction is set. Thus, the operation is rationalized.</p> |
