PURPOSE:To perform an efficient operation to soften a surface of a reclaimed ground and excavate a shallow-sea fishing ground, by a method wherein a pair of rotatable excavating blades which are attached to a forward end of a support arm of a back-hoe, and the one of the blade wheels is turned in an outward and reverse direction to each other. CONSTITUTION:An excavating device 4 is mounted to a forward end of a support arm 3 of a back-hoe 1, a pair of horizontal excavating blades 4B and 4C are rotatably supported between side plates 4a2 of a frame 4A of the excavating device 4, and a hydraulic device 4D is installed. With the rotation, in an outward and reverse direction to that of the opposite party, of the excavating blades 4A and 4C, the total excavating device body presses down against a ground. Additionally, a sprinkling pipe 4E is installed in the frame 4 and in jaxtaposition with the blade wheels 4B and 4C to feed an appropriate dusting powder. This enables to perform a simultaneous curing of soil improvement of soil, or scattering of a ferilizer when an excavating is conducted. |
