PURPOSE:To load a disc correctly, by operating outputs, which are obtained by hysteresis-amplifying the output of an optical disc detector attached to each of two disc guide members arranged in an insertion entrance, in a logic circuit to drive guide members. CONSTITUTION:Two disc guide members 4 and 4' are provided in the longitudinal direction of a disc insertion entrance and are stood on supporting bases 8 and 8'. Supporting bases 8 and 8' can be moved along guide rails 5 and 5' through pulleys 6 and 6 and are moved differentially by a wire 13 stretched between pulleys 10 and 11 driven by motors which are not shown in figure. Disc guide members 4 and 4' have optical sensors 17 and 17' respectively. Outputs obtained by amplifying outputs of sensors 17 and 17' in hysteresis amplifiers, which are not shown in the figure, are subjected to logical calculation to drive motors, and supporting bases 8 and 8' are driven differentially to the outside or the inside. Thus, a disc 2 is loaded correctly independently of the size of the diameter of the disc 2. |
