PURPOSE:To convert wind energy into hydraulic energy efficiently, by providing a pressure control means and actuators for controlling pilot hydraulic pressures to be proportional to the load torque of a wind turbine. CONSTITUTION:Wind energy is converted into hydraulic energy by use of a wind turbine 1 and a main hydraulic pump 2, and the hydraulic energy thus obtained is accumulated in an accumulator 3. Here, a pilot hydraulic pressure P2 on the downstream side of an orifice 10 is controlled to be proportional to the load torque of the wind turbine 1 by a pressure control means 11. Further, a pilot hydraulic pressure P1 on the upstream side of the orifice 10 is controlled to be proportional to the pilot hydraulic pressure P2 through the interaction between a first and a second actuators 14 and 15. With such an arrangement, it is enabled to convert wind energy into hydraulic energy efficiently over a wide range of wind velocity. |
