PURPOSE:To allow the great reduction of resin amount, miniaturization of low temperature storage facilities and the shortening of the resin impregnation process, by arranging space members which exclude the resin to spaces in the coil periphery when resin impregnation. CONSTITUTION:In the space generated in the periphery of the coil 1, when containing the coil 1 in a vessel 2 for resin impregnation, space members 7 constituted of pouched out coat members 6 filled with chips of filling members 5 are so provided as to fill this space. For the filling member 5, various kind of members can be used, among which chips of hardened resin remnant, chips of a molded product such as high polymer material, chips of natural members such as rock, or a spherical glass molded product are used. When selecting the member, it is necessary that its specific gravity is equal to that of the resin 4 used for the impregnation or over, or that it has the strength to endure the positive and negative pressures generated in a vacuum impregnation bath when resin impregnation, when the filling member 5 is hollow body. |
