<p>Water-dilutable concentrates contain anthracene oil (I), an emulsifying agent (II) and an adhesive wetting agent (III). Used for treatment of materials, especially roofing slates and tiles, which have or are liable to have, contamination by vegetable matter such as moss, lichens, or algae. (I) acts in two ways it has a fungicidal and herbicidal effect, and it causes asphyxia by leaving a fine oil deposit. The composition soaks into the treated surface and prevents regrowth.</p> |
