Mould for hollow concrete fence post - uses fixed outer form and inner form actuated by ram with separator frame

The mould comprises ram-actuated internal forms (7) and fixed external forms (8) located in a pit supplied with concrete by a loading funnel (23) mounted on a wagon (18) travelling on rails (20) at ground level, and used to make hollow precast concrete posts. Extractor frames (9) mounted on rods (10) and sliding between forms are used when striking. The rods are attached to an invert plate (11) coupled to a cover plate (13) by a further ram (12). The funnel is also equipped with post head rebate forms (26) on pivotable arms (25) and the internal form may comprise a hollow prism open at the foot. The rods (6) of the rams used to displace the internal form may pass through the form to attach to its head, the frames incorporating the foot rebate forms.
