PURPOSE:To prepare a capsule with constant quality at low cost, by a method wherein an inner liquid droplet groups fallen to the surface of an outer liquid are circularily whirled and precipitated in an upward and a downward directions in the shallow zone of the outer liquid and, in the deep zone of the outer liquid, a stream circularily whirling and precipitating said inner liquid droplet group in a horizontal direction is generated in the outer liquid. CONSTITUTION:An outer liquid L is forcibly flowed into a liquid supply tank 2 from a liquid sending port 17 and whirled to a clockwise direction by a rectifying arc plate 18. The raised outer liquid L is flowed into a granulating tank 1 by a supply port 15 while whirled to a direction as shown by an arrow P1. On the other hand, the outer liquid L in the liquid supply tank 2 reaches a closed ring 4 to be forcibly flowed into the granulating tank 1 from an orifice ring port 6 and impinged on the outer peripheral surface of a flow deflecting cylinder 1 to generate a doughnut shaped whirling stream in an upward and a downward directions as shown by arrows P3 and P4. Subsequently, when inner liquid droplets are continuously dripped on the outer liquid surface LF from a nozzle dripping apparatus, the inner liquid droplet groups form a gell like coating with the outer liquid L and formed into rows at equal intervals while circularily whirled in an upward and a downward directions in a shallow zone to be gradually precipitated and, at reaching a deep zone, gradually precipitate while revolved in a whirled circular stream to be discharged through a lower port 1c and a pipe 27. |
