<p>PURPOSE:To promote metabolism by a living body or extracted matter from a living body in a multi-purpose pumping-up power plant, by appending a functional free water pool for increasing or decreasing a gravity medium comprising water or an aqueous solution by a saltern process to a lower pool. CONSTITUTION:When water is pumped up from a lower pool 9 to an upper pool 4, a gravity medium is transferred from a functional free water pool 13 equipped with a functional means 14 to the lower pool 9 by the difference of the water level. On the contrary, the gravity medium is transferred from the lower pool 9 to the free water pool 13 by letting water fall downwards from the upper pool 4 to the lower pool 9 and generating electric power at a power plant 7. On this occasion, the gravity medium is protected from anaerobic decomposition by aeration, and the supplement of nutritious substance and the decomposition or removal of effect matter are performed. As the means 14, various devices such as a fish-farming tank, an aerobic filthy water purifier or an algae breeder may be used.</p> |
