PURPOSE:To blend automatically a mixed laver solution having a constant given concentration, by providing the first concentration controlling mechanism for regulating the laver concentration of a mixed solution and the second concentration controlling mechanism for increasing and reducing an amount of water in the blender. CONSTITUTION:The given set value CS of laver concentration is input to the comparator 41, and the corresponding set signal CN of concentration is input to the static conversion circuit 4. When the driving gear 23 is started, the rotary feeder 22 is rotated at the reference member of revolutions NO, and raw laver is transported to the discharge part 24. A given amount of water is jetted from the nozzle 25 to the rotary blade of the rotary feeder by the feed pump 27. The concentration is measured by the sensor 31, the measured value CM is input to the comparator 41, the deviation signal DD is made, and the corresponding increased or reduced number of revolutions NC is sen to the regulating circuit 45. When the mixed solution is reached to the high liquid level H, the rotary feeder 22 and the pump 27 are stopped, and th blending operations are stopped. |
